We are currently looking to recruit two experienced Immigration solicitors or two IAAS Level 2/ OISC level 3 Immigration caseworkers. The successful candidates will be handling their own caseload from initial instructions to matter completion.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Attending to clients and taking instructions;
• Preparing and submitting applications;
• Preparing and representing clients at appeal;

Key Skills required:

• Fully qualified Solicitor and/or IAAS Level 2 /OISC level 3;
• Experience in immigration law;
• Excellent interpersonal skills – effective communicator;
• Adaptable with ability to multi-task;
• Highly organised;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Have an ability to market the firm;
• Be Proactive;
